As of 1 July 2026, Abacus Storage King (ASX: ASK) has changed its name to Storage King Group (ASX:SKG). Abacus Storage Property Trust (ASPT) has changed its name to Storage King Property Trust (SKPT) and Abacus Storage Funds Management Limited (ASFML) has changed its name to Storage King Funds Management Limited. (SKFML).

Storage King Group pays distributions twice a year, usually in February and August. Distributions may comprise distributions from Storage King Property Trust and dividends from Abacus Storage Operations Limited.

You can choose to have your distributions:

• Paid directly into your nominated bank account; or
• Reinvested in additional securities via the Distribution Reinvestment Plan here, subject to this Plan being in operation for the relevant distributions.

The Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is a convenient way to increase your holding in Storage King Group securities without incurring brokerage. For participants, distributions are converted into new securities at the relevant DRP issue price.

Storage King Group's financial year end is 30 June, at which time the components of the distribution are determined. Annual tax statements are mailed to investors who received distributions, in September each year.

Securityholders who are not Australian residents for Australian tax purposes should seek their own investment and taxation advice.

Half year tax components are estimates only. The final taxation components of the current year distributions will be shown on your Annual Tax Statement which will be issued by the end of September.

Storage King Property Trust is a managed investment trust (MIT) for the financial year ending 30 June 2026. The trust is considered to be a withholding MIT for the purposes of Subdivision 12-H of Schedule 1 of the Taxation Administration Act 1953.

Storage King Property Trust has NOT elected to apply the Attribution Managed Investment Trust (AMIT) regime in respect of the income year ending 30 June 2026. The change in withholding tax will impact non-residents in respect of any distribution paid for the half year ended 31 December 2025. Payments made under discounted capital gains relate to assets that are taxable Australian real property (TARP) within the meaning of s855-15 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 (Cth) except where otherwise indicated.

Storage King Group securities are stapled securities. For capital gains tax purposes (CGT), investors who sell Storage King Group securities will need to apportion the cost of each security and the consideration received on disposal of each security between the units in the trust and the shares in the company.

To assist investors in calculating their CGT position, information is provided here on the apportionment of the security price between the trust and the company.

Provision of your Tax File Number (TFN) or Australian Business Number (ABN) is not compulsory. However, if a TFN/ABN is not provided, we are required to deduct tax at the highest marginal tax rate plus Medicare levy from all distributions paid.
